Samsung Art Store Adds Art Basel Paris 2026 Collection
Samsung Electronics has announced the expansion of its Art Basel collection on the Samsung Art Store, introducing 19 new artworks from galleries participating in Art Basel Paris 2026.

Expansion of the Art Basel Collection
Samsung Electronics, a global display leader and provider of the Official Art TV of Art Basel, has announced the expansion of its Art Basel collection on the Samsung Art Store with 19 new artworks. These pieces come directly from galleries participating in Art Basel Paris 2026, offering audiences more ways to discover and enjoy art at home.
Launching ahead of the fair at the Grand Palais, this latest selection builds upon Samsung’s ongoing collaboration with Art Basel. The newly added works join the existing collection on the platform, extending opportunities for artistic discovery well beyond the physical confines of the fair itself.
Curatorial Vision and Artistic Range
Discussing the curatorial direction, Daria Greene, Global Head of Content & Curation for Samsung Art Store, noted the diversity of approaches. “What interests me about the Art Basel Paris Collection is how differently artists can transform familiar subjects — through painted color or an entire sculpted world,” Greene said, adding that bringing these styles together lets viewers explore artistic imagination at home.
Karim Crippa, Director of Art Basel Paris, also emphasized the value of the collaboration. “Discovery is at the heart of Art Basel, and galleries play an essential role in introducing audiences to artists and their work,” Crippa stated, highlighting how the partnership extends audience reach around the world.
Featured Works and Visual Processes
The collection highlights distinct artistic processes, ranging from the color and brushwork of traditional painting to the form, texture, and light found in sculpted scenes. Prominent inclusions feature Elene Shatberashvili’s 'Poppies #4,' which showcases expressive color usage and close observation of everyday subjects.
Additionally, Hans Op de Beeck’s 'The Lounge (black and white)' brings a distinctive monochrome world to the platform. The piece depicts a meticulously constructed sculptural interior that appears suspended in time, offering users a unique spatial experience on compatible screens.
Accessibility and Platform Availability
For visitors of Art Basel Paris, the expanded collection provides a convenient way to continue exploring select works after leaving the exhibition. Meanwhile, audiences elsewhere gain an opportunity to discover art from participating galleries without needing to travel to the physical fair location.
Users can access the Art Basel Paris 2026 additions on the platform starting today across all compatible devices. On the service, members can explore the new additions alongside existing collections, revisit saved favorites, and customize the art displayed in their living spaces.
