NVIDIA Cloud Partners Scale Across Europe for Sovereign AI

A growing ecosystem of regional AI clouds is expanding compute capacity across Europe, the Nordics, Africa, and Central Asia to meet surging demand from AI-native companies.

NVIDIA Cloud Partners Scale Across Europe for Sovereign AI

Expanding Sovereign AI Infrastructure in Europe

Demand from AI-native companies is driving the European AI cloud ecosystem forward, prompting developers to seek compute capacity closer to their data, open models for scalable customization, and secure full-stack infrastructure. To address power constraints as AI factories scale, Nscale utilized the NVIDIA DSX Platform to coordinate power allocation with workload requirements, demonstrating improved GPU density and aggregate inference throughput within a fixed power budget using NVIDIA DSX MaxLPS.

In addition, Nscale plans to deploy NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure for frontier-model training and production workloads. Meanwhile, Crusoe is developing liquid-cooled modular AI factories designed for the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform to bring Crusoe Cloud capacity closer to users for low-latency AI inference, serving various model and application builders across the EMEA region.

Advancing Open Models, Libraries, and Inference

Across the European ecosystem, cloud providers are expanding infrastructure and services to support developers working with open models and libraries, spanning model training, fine-tuning, and scalable edge deployment. For production inference, Nebius integrated NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX with Vera Rubin NVL72 using NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet networking on its Token Factory to accelerate token generation for latency-sensitive and agentic applications.

Baseten developed a specialized model for code-review routing utilizing Nemotron 3.5 Lightning for CodeRabbit, improving routing agreement while reducing estimated inference costs. Furthermore, Mistral is expanding its NVIDIA accelerated computing infrastructure to support model training and customization, planning future deployments of NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure to train frontier multimodal models like Mistral Large 4.

Ensuring Secure Boundaries for AI Agents

As developers connect models to external tools and complex business systems, establishing strict controls over agent access and actions has become a primary security requirement. Announced at GTC Berlin, the NVIDIA OpenShell Reference Architecture is built on secure runtime software to give organizations full-stack control over agent deployments.

The architecture incorporates NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 for model inference, NVIDIA Vera CPUs with OpenShell for agent harnesses and tool use, and NVIDIA BlueField-4 DPUs running NVIDIA Sentry for in-silicon enforcement. Numerous ecosystem partners are supporting the initiative to ensure secure agentic deployments for enterprise customers.

Broadening Regional Capacity and Enterprise Solutions

Regional AI cloud providers are combining full-stack NVIDIA architectures to offer customers greater control over workload and data placement, supporting broader economic growth and sovereign computing services. Companies such as Aleria, Cassava Technologies, Firebird, G42, Radiant, SWI Compute, Vultr, and others are actively developing and expanding NVIDIA-powered AI infrastructure across Europe, the Nordics, Africa, and Central Asia.

Collaborations like the partnership between Fireworks and Era4 bring direct liquid-cooled capacity powered by NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs to the U.K. and European markets, catering to enterprise solutions in life sciences, financial services, and insurance.
