Known as the Statik PowerStand, this product introduces a straightforward concept executed with careful design. While magnetic wireless chargers are common, finding a compact travel solution is often difficult.
Design and Build of the Statik PowerStand
The accessory features a standard USB-C plug on one end of a braided cable, while the opposite side is equipped with a right-angle plug situated on an extended base. Though it may feel a bit clunky on its own, the design becomes practical once plugged into a mobile device.
The angled plug rests on a slightly raised base, allowing it to connect easily to a phone even if it is enclosed in a protective case. Two foldable feet swivel outward to support the device in either a vertical orientation for charging or a horizontal orientation for viewing videos.
